Doing things responsibly matters to us, but we’ve always believed it should feel natural rather than forced.

We are always looking for ways to be more sustainable as a business, and below are a few ways we’re already doing so.

All of our to-go packaging is made from biodegradable, compostable, or recyclable materials. From coffee cups to cutlery, we’re committed to reducing single-use plastics wherever possible. We also encourage guests to bring their own reusable cups and containers and offer a discount as a thank-you for supporting our sustainability efforts.

We prioritise partnerships with local suppliers to source the best local ingredients that support our community. Keeping things local is a simple but powerful way for us to reduce our footprint while staying closely connected to the people and businesses around us.

We also partner with Heavenly Coffee Company, a local roaster who shares our values. They are known for their thoughtful, quality-led approach to coffee, working closely with growers, focusing on traceability, and roasting in a way that respects both the bean and the people behind it. Their ethos is rooted in doing things properly, not quickly, and that aligns closely with how we want to operate. This means every cup we serve has been carefully considered from origin to cup.

For us, sustainability is about the bigger picture made up of small, everyday choices, being mindful of waste, choosing quality over convenience, and creating spaces that people value and look after.
